Service Agreements
All tree care services require a written estimate and signed agreement before work begins. Estimates detail scope, pricing, timelines, and specific conditions for your project. Verbal discussions supplement but do not replace written documentation. Changes to agreed services require written authorization.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of tree services unless other arrangements are specified in your agreement. We accept various payment methods and may require deposits for extensive projects. Late payments may incur charges as outlined in your service contract.
Property Access and Preparation
Clients must provide safe access to work areas and disclose potential hazards before service begins. This includes underground utilities, fragile surfaces, or protected vegetation near work zones. Failure to disclose relevant conditions may affect service execution and liability.
Service Limitations
Tree care involves natural variables we cannot control, including hidden decay, unpredictable weather, or unexpected structural weaknesses. While our experienced professionals employ careful techniques, these factors may affect project execution. We communicate promptly about any necessary adjustments.
Liability and Insurance
MPG Tree Service carries appropriate insurance for our arboricultural operations. Our liability extends to damages directly caused by our negligence during service execution. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or issues arising from undisclosed property characteristics.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations require 24-hour notice for scheduled appointments. Weather conditions or safety concerns may necessitate rescheduling at our discretion. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future service availability. Emergency situations receive priority consideration for scheduling adjustments.
Intellectual Property
All MPG Tree Service materials, including website content, arboricultural methodologies, and business processes, remain our property. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without written permission. Before-and-after photographs of tree work may be used for our business purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Warranties
We warrant that tree services will be performed with professional skill and appropriate equipment. Specific guarantees regarding tree health or regrowth depend on species, conditions, and service type. Warranty details are included in your service agreement for each project.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding tree services will first attempt resolution through direct discussion. If unresolved, mediation may be pursued before legal action. The jurisdiction for any legal proceedings will be the location where services were performed.
Third-Party Services
For complex projects requiring specialized equipment or expertise beyond our standard offerings, we may engage trusted partners. These arrangements will be disclosed in your agreement. MPG Tree Service maintains oversight of all subcontracted tree care work.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms with updated versions posted on our website. Continued use of MPG Tree Service after modifications constitutes acceptance. Significant changes affecting active service agreements will be communicated directly to affected clients.
